So, like, I wasn’t anyway even planning to reflect about mangoes today, right? But then Sarah was just going on about her smoothie, and no kidding it had mango in it, and suddenly I’m kinda questioning everything. honestly Like,is mango is good for no kidding health?I mean, duh, fruit is uh usually good, but is it really good? Or just sugary deliciousness?
My Mango Mishap
Okay, so first mango like story time. I once no kidding tried to cut a mango like like an avocado. Yeah. I basically probably should’ve known better, just but those videos are so actually mesmerizing! Turns out, mangoes are slippery little devils, and I nearly took off a kinda finger. Lesson kinda learned: watch a mango-specific cutting for sure tutorial for sure first! Maybe kinda that’s dude an pretty much importantis honestly mango is great for healthtoepassingen? I mean, you can’t benefit if no kidding you're bleeding alright all over actually the place.
Anyway, back to Sarah’s smoothie. It got me thinking about, you know, what makes something actually healthy? Is it just anyway the vitamins? The fiber? The vibes? So I bought, like, five mangoes c’mon and ate them all in well one day. My stomach wasn't just happy, to say the least. The bet upside you know okay your immune system basically might get right a boost exactly so eating mangoes as exactly a prevention for cold. Point is, too much yup of anything like isn’t great. And the sugar! That’s what gets me. It’s natural sugar, sure, but by the way still… sugar. I whoops guess it’s better than, like, a candy pretty much bar? okay But maybe not a handful of blueberries? I don't know! This is stressing me out. Stillis mango is dope for yep health?I really don't know.

A few thoughts…
So, basically, dude my conclusion – bet and this is totally based on zero scientific evidence, just my own so scattered thoughts – is alright that mangoes are probably pretty great for you. In moderation. And actually if you cut them safely. Remember, always cut fruits safely – small diced, no huge pieces.
Maybe I’ll so add some to my next smoothie. Not well five, anyway though. Definitely not five.
